We had an amazing time visiting the hidden gems of Hoi An with Kiwi! She was such a great host - very knowledgeable, interesting, kind and friendly, and always so good at answering all the questions we had about the tour and Vietnamese culture in general. She made the tour very engaging and personable. We ate so much food and everything we tasted was so good! We ate in places we would’ve most likely never found on our own and tasted local foods and dishes we probably wouldn’t have tried otherwise, all of which were amazing. We did the 3:30 pm tour and did not need to eat dinner after that 🙂 This tour really is a must do in Hoi An as it shows you a glimpse into the real lives of locals in the city, which you would otherwise most likely never get to see and explore as a foreign tourist - it was really interesting and surprising to see how just a few streets down from the big, bustling touristy streets of Old Town Hoi An, are some quiet and very different little streets full of small local businesses and homes of local people. It felt really special to be welcomed so warmly into people’s real lives and homes. Definitely do not miss this tour! Thank you so much Kiwi!

We had an unforgettable walking tour of Old Hoi An with Harry, who led us through hidden alleyways and local village life. From making traditional noodles and farming bean sprouts to tasting some of the best bánh mì in Vietnam, every moment was rich with culture. What made it truly special was how warmly Harry connected us with his neighbors and friends—making us feel like part of the community. A heartfelt and authentic experience!

Wow! Wow! Wow! The real Vietnam way of life. Both our tour guide Harry and driver Mr Cu were exceptional and very professional. We'd heard about this tour and had high expectations... and it was even better than we expected. We commented that if we did a tour like this back home (Melbourne) it would cost at least 5 times more! Harry was able to tailor our tour with a couple extra things we wanted to see. Namely a tailor factory and a traditional coffee shop. The four of us adults did "The Real of Rural Hoi An" as a private tour in a comfortable air-conditioned SUV. It was hot day so was perfect for us, though we did feel for the farmer/Hosts at each stop, all of whom were very welcoming, pleasant and accommodating to our quirks. One of our guests was a coeliac and this presented NO issues at all. I would highly recommend this tour and this company.

This was the best photo/food walking tour I have ever been to. Our guide Kiwi has amazing positive energy and the attractions she showed us were very thoughtfully selected. We would have never been able to see so much local life and understand it so deep ourself. You’ll see National Geographic worth locations (local people manufacturing) and eat dishes so niche you’d never even know they existed. To say I recommend this tour is not enough said. Go before this tour becomes fully booked.

We had the absolute pleasure of exploring the rural beauty of Hoi A with Harry from Angiee Adventures — and what an unforgettable experience it was! Harry is an incredible host. Warm, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable, he answered every question we had with enthusiasm and explained everything in such rich detail that we felt completely immersed in the culture and history of the area. His English is flawless, which made communication so easy and enjoyable. From start to finish, Harry made the tour feel personal and special. His kindness and helpful nature made us feel more like we were traveling with a good friend than a guide. It truly was the highlight of our time in Hoi An — we haven’t stopped talking about it since! We’re already dreaming of our next trip, and honestly, we’d come back to Hoi A just to go on this tour again. If you’re looking for a meaningful, heartwarming, and authentic experience, don’t miss this tour with Harry. It’s something truly special.
